Key Responsibilities Lead and enhance management systems and governance frameworks. Drive process optimisation and operational excellence initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and business performance. Coordinate internal audits, compliance activities, and improvement programs. Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for standardisation and automation. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Lean and best practices. Requirements Experience in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Quality Systems, or Process Improvement. Familiarity with ISO management systems and auditing practices. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects. Lean Six Sigma or related certifications are advantageous.
