Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment and workstations. Support packing, labelling and storage of prepared food items. Assist with stock replenishment and proper storage of ingredients. Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures at all times. Job Requirements Able to work permanent night or midnight shifts. Willing to learn and follow kitchen operating procedures. Responsible, reliable and able to work well in a team.
