Talent Acquisition – Manage internship and graduate hiring programmes, including campus outreach, recruitment, and onboarding. Employer Branding – Drive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through career fairs, university partnerships, and talent attraction campaigns. Work Pass & Immigration Management – Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related compliance matters. HR Data & Analytics – Generate workforce insights and HR reports to support business decision-making, while maintaining data integrity in Workday.
