Summary Basic $6000-$7000 16 Annual Leave, Annual Bonus Flexi Benfits claim Responsibilities Deliver Marketing modules at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, and contribute to teaching other business-related subjects where required. Serve as Programme Leader and/or Module Leader, ensuring effective academic management and delivery. Design, develop, and continuously review curriculum, teaching materials, and assessment strategies. Manage assessment processes, including coursework and examination setting, marking, moderation, and result verification. Lead and support a team of associate lecturers through induction, classroom observations, and professional development initiatives. Supervise Undergraduate and Postgraduate research projects, dissertations, and final-year projects. Provide academic guidance, learning support, and career advice to students while monitoring academic progress and engagement. Facilitate university audits, programme reviews, accreditation requirements, and quality assurance compliance. Engage in scholarly activities, research, and professional development to maintain academic and industry relevance. Support departmental operations, student recruitment activities, marketing events, industry partnerships, and other administrative projects as assigned. Requirements Candidate with PhD in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline are welcome to apply. Proven experience teaching at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. Strong teaching background in Marketing and Business-related subjects.
