Stay informed about all customer feedback and promptly respond to resolve issues. Visit customers, both new and existing, during festive occasions or promotional periods Collaborate with other service departments to assist in coordinating solutions for customer problems. Communicate and follow up with customers directly. Identify new opportunities, develop new businesses, and maintain existing customers. Negotiate and close deals with potential clients. Provide weekly sales reports to track progress. Ad hoc task as assigned. Job Requirements: Entry level are welcomed. Training will be provided.
