X5 Production Technician - Fixed Shift Role, North, AWS + Bonus

Summary Basic up to $2800 + Allowance +OT AWS + Bonus Morning/Afternoon/Night/12hours shift available Location: Marsiling Responsibilities Ensure quality parts are produced while achieving production output targets and minimizing scrap through effective material control. Support the Production Supervisor in maintaining efficient production operations, including timely material preparation and smooth shift handovers. Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, ISO 13485, FDA requirements, and customer quality standards throughout the production process. Monitor product quality, perform inspections, document process changes and non-conformances, and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions. Provide technical guidance to technicians and assistant technicians, and act as the Production Supervisor during their absence. Participate in process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
