Responsibilities Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for FPGA solutions. Work closely with the sales team to secure design wins and support customer projects. Understand customer application requirements and recommend suitable FPGA solutions. Assist customers throughout the FPGA development lifecycle, including hardware design, RTL implementation, debugging and optimization. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops and training sessions. Troubleshoot hardware and FPGA design issues with customers. Liaise with global suppliers and internal engineering teams to resolve technical challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across various industries. Keep up to date with the latest FPGA technologies and industry trends. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering. Minimum 5 years of FPGA design or Field Application Engineering experience. Strong experience in customer support or technical consulting. Hands-on experience with FPGA architecture, timing closure, RTL design and debugging. Experience supporting semiconductor or embedded system customers.
