Project Manager (A&A / Interior Fit-Out / Mandai / Tai Seng)

5 days' work week Office Location: Mandai / Tai Seng Industry: Construction - A&A (Interior Fit-out) Job Responsibilities Manage A&A and Interior Fit-out projects from planning to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, and site progress. Attend site meetings and resolve technical or site-related issues. Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to specifications and project timeline. Review project drawings, monitor variation orders (VO), and prepare project reports. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction, Engineering, Interior Design, or related disciplines. 5 years of relevant experience in A&A, Interior Fit-out, Renovation, or Design & Build projects. Experience with either Main Contractors / Subcontractors is welcome. Good knowledge of project coordination, site management, and construction drawings.
