Lead Lecturer / Senior Lecturer - Global Mba

Stalford Education Group is a private education institution in Singapore offering internationally recognised academic programmes. The Academy is expanding its higher education portfolio and will be launching a Global MBA programme. We are seeking experienced Lead Lecturers / Senior Lecturers to support the academic delivery and leadership of the programme. The Global MBA is designed for working professionals and focuses on strategic leadership, global business decision-making, and innovation in complex business environments. Role Overview The Lead Lecturer / Senior Lecturer will deliver postgraduate-level teaching and provide academic leadership in the Global MBA programme. The role includes module delivery, student mentoring, academic coordination, and ensuring that teaching quality aligns with the international university standards. Teaching may involve evening or weekend sessions to accommodate working professionals. Key Responsibilities Teaching and Learning Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials for modules within the Global MBA programme. Facilitate case discussions, simulations, and applied business learning. Develop teaching materials. Provide academic feedback and mentorship to postgraduate students. Programme Leadership (Lead Lecturer role) Coordinate the delivery of assigned MBA modules. Ensure consistency and quality of teaching across lecturers. Mentor teaching staff and adjunct faculty where required. Academic Quality Assurance Maintain compliance with international university academic standards. Participate in programme reviews and assessment moderation. Contribute to continuous improvement of the programme. Industry Engagement Integrate contemporary business practices and case studies into teaching. Maintain links with industry to ensure programme relevance. Requirements Academic Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field. Doctorate (PhD or DBA) strongly preferred, particularly for Lead Lecturer roles. Teaching Experience Minimum 5 years of postgraduate teaching experience in business or management. Experience delivering MBA or executive education programmes preferred. Subject Expertise Candidates should have expertise in one or more of the following areas: Strategic Management Global Business Strategy Leadership and Organisational Behaviour Entrepreneurship and Innovation Corporate Finance Business Analytics Operations and Supply Chain Management Skills Strong facilitation skills for discussion-based postgraduate learning. Ability to integrate theory with practical business application. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience using digital learning platforms or blended learning environments. Preferred Attributes Industry leadership or senior management experience. Experience teaching international MBA programmes. Academic leadership experience in higher education institutions.
