Cybersecurity Engineer

We are looking for a Security Engineer to be part of a team in supporting and keeping our customer’s systems up and running smoothly Responsibilities Manage Security System Performance the maintenance of security systems, platforms and associated software Conduct scheduled tests on systems and monitor performance Analyse and provide technical back-up and third line support when technical incidents arise Evaluate past incidents and prepare reports and documentation for senior stakeholders and provide support and recommendations to the affected teams post-incident Implement new enterprise security architecture, technologies and enhancements Resolve issues that arise in implementation of new security systems Carry out user acceptance tests on installed and/or upgraded equipment Oversee integration, compatibility and continuing operations of systems to ensure minimal disruption Requirements Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Cybersecurity or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in IT Network, Systems & Security administration Standby duties may be required Working location is in Novena We respect your privacy and all communication will be treated with confidentiality.
