About this role
The Principal Enterprise Architect will define the end-to-end architecture for critical platforms including ServiceNow, Network Observability stacks (Elastic), and containerized infrastructure, while establishing integration patterns and ensuring alignment with security frameworks. This role also involves translating platform capabilities into market-ready managed service offerings and owning the associated cost modeling and margin protection.
Candidates must possess at least 15 years in enterprise infrastructure or managed services, including a minimum of 5 years in an enterprise architecture leadership role. Deep experience is required in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB), the Elastic Stack/network observability, and automation/event correlation, preferably within an SI, telco-integrator, or large MSP environment.
