Network Engineer

This role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and efficient network operations for enterprise customers by providing proactive Day 2 support and Level 2 technical expertise, focusing on timely incident resolution and service restoration. Key duties include performing root-cause analysis, maintaining documentation, and collaborating across various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Candidates must have a background in network operations or managed services, possessing 3-5 years of experience with strong, mandatory knowledge of Huawei NCE Campus. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications like HCIA/HCIP or CCNA/CCNP, and experience with specific platforms such as ANTlabs, ClearPass, or Silver Peak.
