About this role

Manage and grow a portfolio of Commercial and Large Enterprise clients by providing consultative sales support for telco and ICT solutions. Drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling while ensuring high customer satisfaction and SLA adherence. Requires at least a Diploma and 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or B2B Account Management. Prior experience with enterprise clients and a background in Telecommunications or IT is strongly preferred.
