Role Summary The ManagedServices Innovation & Enablement Consultant is an internal-facing rolefocused on maximizing the value the organization extracts from the ServiceNowplatform to strengthen its Managed Services portfolio across Cyber,Infrastructure, Data & AI, and other business units. This role acts as thebridge between the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture function and the variousManaged Services business units, translating new ServiceNow platformcapabilities into practical, sellable service enhancements, automationopportunities, and portfolio differentiators. Key Responsibilities Cross-BU Opportunity Discovery · Partner with service lines’ leads across Enterprise Business Group(EBG) to understand current service delivery pain points, manual processes, andportfolio gaps. · Run internal discovery sessions to map business unit operationalworkflows against ServiceNow's evolving feature set, including ITOM, SecOps,AIOps, HAM/SAM, CMDB, App Engine, and Now Assist. · Maintain a living backlog of platform capability-to-serviceopportunities, prioritized by impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance tothe managed services portfolio. Feature-to-Service Translation · Track new ServiceNow releases, modules, and roadmap developments,assessing their relevance to existing and emerging managed services offerings. · Translate platform features into concrete service enhancements,such as AI-assisted incident triage, proactive event correlation, automatedcompliance workflows, asset visibility, and security operations orchestration. · Develop internal capability briefs, value narratives, and use-casesummaries that business unit leaders can adapt in their own solutionpositioning. Rapid Prototyping and Internal Proof of Value · Build lightweight internal demos, mock workflows, or sandbox usecases to validate feature-to-service ideas before formal handoff to theEnterprise Architecture team. · Work closely with the ServiceNow Architect to confirm technicalfeasibility, governance alignment, and platform fit, while not owning thearchitecture or implementation. · Gather structured feedback from stakeholders across business unitsand refine concepts before recommending wider investment or rollout. Portfolio Enablement and Knowledge Sharing · Create internal enablement assets, playbooks, battlecards, andbriefing materials to help managed services teams explain and position newServiceNow-powered capabilities. · Facilitate internal workshops, showcase sessions, andknowledge-sharing forums to promote awareness of newly available platformcapabilities. · Serve as the internal point of contact for evaluating whetherspecific managed services ideas can be supported or enhanced by ServiceNow. Portfolio Roadmap Contribution · Feed validated opportunities into the managed services portfolioroadmap in collaboration with presales, portfolio owners, and business unitleaders. · Track adoption, operational impact, and differentiation value ofimplemented enhancements to inform prioritization of future initiatives. · Provide input into ServiceNow module, licensing, and capabilityinvestment decisions based on cross-business-unit demand and service strategy. Required Skills andQualifications · 5+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem acrossconsulting, presales, platform ownership, managed services, or solutionenablement roles. · Working knowledge of at least two key ServiceNow domains, such asITSM, ITOM, SecOps, CMDB, HRSD, SPM, or App Engine. · ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); CertifiedImplementation Specialist (CIS) is an advantage. · Prior experience in portfolio strategy, practice development,innovation enablement, or internal product incubation. · Familiarity with AIOps, GenAI or Now Assist, automation-firstservice models, or security workflow orchestration. · Experience in internal go-to-market enablement, service packaging,or capability development within a multi-business-unit services environment. · Strong understanding of managed services operating models in oneor more domains, such as Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Operations, DigitalWorkplace, or Data & AI. · Demonstrated ability to translate technical platform capabilityinto service propositions, operational improvements, or commercially relevantportfolio enhancements. · Strong internal stakeholder management skills, with the ability towork effectively across business leaders, architects, presales teams, andservice delivery teams. · Excellent workshop facilitation, pre…
