Project Executive

Job Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of project activities. Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project workflows. Monitor project progress and ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and performance standards. Prepare and generate project reports, documentation, and progress updates. Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and escalating risks when necessary. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management. Requirements: · Meticulous, multi-task, collaborate and work independently under pressure · Communicate with strong interpersonal skills, pleasant disposition and high-spirit nature · Good follow up and co-ordination skills · Resourceful, flexible and adaptable in a fast pace environment · Highly self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, good working attitude and team player · Fresh Graduates are welcome · Diploma or degree of any disciplines · Proficient in MS office applications (words, excel, power point)
