Monitor client responses during sessions and adjust techniques as necessary to maintain efficacy and prevent discomfort or adverse reactions. Maintain a hygienic and tranquil environment by sterilizing equipment, changing linens after every session, and adhering to strict sanitation protocols in line with industry best practices. Offer professional recommendations on massage frequency, self-care routines, and complementary non-medical wellness therapies based on observed conditions and client feedback. Keep accurate and confidential records of each session, including client preferences, feedback, and any notable physical or behavioral observations that may influence future sessions. Demonstrate a high standard of customer service by fostering trust, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions, ensuring a positive client experience that supports retention and word-of-mouth referrals. Collaborate with wellness consultants, receptionists, and other team members to coordinate bookings, manage time efficiently, and uphold a smooth daily operation within the spa or wellness facility.
