About this role

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, site survey, product presentation, quotation preparation, contract negotiation, order confirmation, and project handover. Provide professional consultation on curtains, blinds, motorised window furnishing systems, custom soft furnishings, and interior shading solutions. Conduct detailed on-site measurements, assess installation feasibility, and recommend technically suitable products based on customers' requirements. Coordinate closely with suppliers, project coordinators, installers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed according to specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of customer service and after-sales support. Prepare detailed cost estimations, monitor project profitability, and ensure sales margins meet company requirements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, main contractors, and corporate clients. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive business development and client account management. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, project documentation, and perform other duties assigned by Management Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Building Services, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in curtains, blinds, window furnishing, interior fit-out, construction materials, or related industries. Strong knowledge of window furnishing products, motorised systems, measurement techniques, and installation processes.
