Ensuring employees are trained to satisfy the cleanliness standards established by clients; Ensuring periodic work are complete within work schedule; ndards established by clients; Ensuring periodic work are complete within work schedule; Perform sites inspection and joint inspection with clients; Perform sites inspection and joint inspection with clients; Mitigates problems, complaints and issues on the groun in a timely manner; Maintain schedules and reports; and Reports to management on major issues affecting clients, contract schedules, employees and image of company. Requirements : At least 2 years of working experience in the Cleaning Industry Able to communicate well to both clients and staff Able to plan work schedule for new jobsites Able to handle conflicts & work stress
