Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for an Technical Business Analyst to support delivery of technology solutions within a banking environment. This role involves working with business and technical teams to define system requirements, preparing BRD and FSD, supporting implementation, and ensuring alignment across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirements for systems and applications Translate business needs into detailed specifications (BRD/FSD) Work with developers and architects on system design, integrations, and interfaces Support delivery across SDLC phases including testing (SIT/UAT), defect tracking, and deployment Track changes and ensure requirements are aligned with delivered solutions Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline At least 2 years of relevant exoerience, preferably on payments or corporate banking Ability to produce technical documentation (functional specifications, workflows, data flows, interface mappings) Familiar with SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices Ability to work with business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors
