We seek committed, dynamic individuals to join our growing team. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance cum Human Resource Officer to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about both financial management and HR functions. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial operations by performing bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely transactions Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making Liaising with Auditor, Bank Officers and Statutory Boards on all finance related matter. Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records to ensure smooth workforce management Ensure compliance with relevant financial and HR regulations to mitigate risks and uphold company standards Coordinate employee benefits and administer payroll to maintain employee satisfaction and accurate compensation Support management by executing ad-hoc finance and HR tasks that contribute to operational efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field Proven experience in both finance and HR roles is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/HR software Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills High level of integrity and attention to detail
