Job Summary We invite experienced individuals to join as Sales & Marketing Executive, responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and delivering market insights to support business growth. Responsibilities Promote and market the company’s products and services to increase brand visibility and sales Gather, analyze, and summarize market and industry information, including competitor trends, to inform strategic decisions Generate and qualify sales leads by conducting regular client visits, understanding client needs, and identifying new marketing opportunities Prepare and deliver sales performance reports to track progress and inform management Develop and expand the client base through proactive outreach and relationship building Preferred competencies and qualifications 2-3 years of sales experience preferred Demonstrate passion and commitment to achieving set sales goals Exhibit self-drive and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment Apply high-level communication and networking skills to build and maintain client relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office to support reporting and communication tasks Manage work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and targets Utilize good negotiation skills to close sales and secure favorable terms Work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team Preferably possess own transport to facilitate client visits and sales activities
