About the team The Fraud Operations team works to identify, investigate, and resolve fraudulent activity before it impacts Stripe’s business or users. From merchant fraud to card testing and account takeover, our goal is to build a scalable, highly accurate organization of investigators to mitigate risk to Stripe and our users. The team is globally distributed and regularly coordinates with stakeholders across all regions. What you’ll do As the Manager of Fraud Operations, you will lead a team of high-performing fraud analysts and set an inspirational vision for the broader Fraud Operations organization. You will be responsible for driving the execution of short and long-term initiatives to futureproof the organization, ensuring it is well-equipped to scale and adapt to Stripe's highly complex and evolving fraud landscape. Responsibilities Inspire, motivate, and develop a high performing fraud investigations team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Establish clear goals, provide coaching and feedback, and support the professional growth of team members. Set a strategic vision for the team and build the path to execute it in both the short and long-term.
