We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and drive the end-to-end recruitment for a key client - a leading financial institution. In this pivotal role, you will be the dedicated recruiting expert on the ground, responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring. This is a hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of onsite collaboration and hybrid work arrangement. It’s a fantastic contract opportunity to make a significant impact with a high-visibility client, with the potential for long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high volume positions, from initial job briefing through to offer management and onboarding. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a strong pipeline of high-quality talent. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates and feedback, and ensuring a smooth recruitment journey. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs, team dynamics, and business objectives, providing consultative recruitment support throughout the process. Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments through phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews, evaluating technical capabilities, commercial acumen, and cultural alignment. Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring trends to support recruitment strategies and informed hiring decisions. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with internal processes, employment legislation, and data integrity standards Requirements: Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role within an in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment environment. Demonstrated success in recruiting high volume roles; prior experience within the financial services industry will be viewed favourably. Strong expertise in sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other contemporary recruitment tools and techniques. Excellent candidate management skills with a genuine commitment to delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
