We do this through holistic, person-centred programmes that support rehabilitation, build confidence, and strengthen community reintegration. From wellness and specialised activities to caregiver support and advocacy, S3 brings together healthcare professionals, partners, volunteers, and the wider community to walk alongside survivors throughout their recovery journey. Strategic & Philanthropic Partnership Development Build, nurture, and steward partnerships with corporations, foundations, and community organisations. Craft compelling partnership proposals and negotiate win-win agreements that drive real social impact. Track, review, and evaluate partnerships to ensure alignment with S3’s mission and strategic goals. 2. Volunteer Management Design engaging volunteer strategies that attract, inspire, and retain passionate individuals. Oversee the full volunteer journey such as recruitment, onboarding, training, deployment, and recognition. Maintain accurate volunteer records and ensure alignment with organisational policies. 3. Fundraising & Resource Development Serve as the relationship manager for key donors and fundraising partners. Develop donor engagement plans and support fundraising campaigns and events through strong networks and relationships. Monitor fundraising outcomes and share insights and reports with leadership and the Board. 4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Represent S3 at meetings, events, and networking opportunities with confidence and warmth. Develop clear and engaging communication materials for partners and volunteers. Foster a collaborative, community-driven culture both within and beyond the organisation. You Are: A relationship-builder with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or a related field. Someone with minimally 5 years of experience in philanthropic partnerships, community stakeholder development, and/or fundraising. A strong communicator who enjoys connecting people, ideas, and purpose. Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
