What You'll Do: Drive Digital Transformation Play a key role in improving how the organisation works through technology. You'll identify opportunities to streamline processes, support digital initiatives, and help implement systems that enhance operational efficiency across the organisation. Support the evaluation, implementation and optimisation of digital platforms, clinical systems and workflow solutions. Translate operational requirements into practical system configurations and digital workflows. Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration and go-live activities. Continuously identify opportunities to improve existing systems and digital processes. Develop user guides and system documentation to support adoption across teams. Manage IT Systems & End-User Support Ensure our day-to-day technology environment runs smoothly by managing organisational systems, devices and user support. Administer Microsoft 365, endpoint devices and organisational IT systems. Manage user accounts, access permissions and device provisioning. Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software and system-related issues. Maintain accurate inventories of IT assets, software licences and system documentation. Lead Digital Projects Coordinate multiple technology initiatives from planning through implementation while ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet organisational needs. Develop project plans, implementation schedules and milestone tracking. Coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors and external partners throughout project delivery. Monitor project progress, risks and dependencies. Prepare implementation reports and updates for management. Support post-implementation reviews and continuous system improvements. Partner with Vendors & Manage Technology Procurement Work closely with technology partners to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and deliver value to the organisation. Coordinate with vendors on system implementation, upgrades, maintenance and issue resolution. Evaluate technology solutions and compare vendor proposals. Prepare procurement documentation, quotations and tender submissions where required. Support grant-funded technology initiatives by preparing supporting documentation and business justifications. Strengthen Cybersecurity & Technology Governance Support the organisation in maintaining a secure, compliant and resilient technology environment. Support cybersecurity initiatives, awareness programmes and technology policies. Maintain IT asset inventories and assist with cybersecurity compliance activities. Contribute to technology governance, enterprise risk management and business continuity planning. Maintain knowledge repositories and technology-related documentation. Turn Data into Actionable Insights Help the organisation make informed decisions through effective reporting and analytics. Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting workflows. Build and improve data templates, reporting structures and data pipelines. Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting consistency and system usability. Support the organisation's use of analytics to enhance operational performance and service delivery. Who We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems through technology and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll be comfortable balancing operational support with project work while helping drive the organisation's digital transformation journey. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
