Part-Time Exam Centre Invigilator

Studyworks provides examination and assessment services for clients in various industries. We administer exams such as the Halal Competency Assessment, UAPL Drone exam, CFA, Toefl, GRE and more. Job Summary You will support exam administration by welcoming and checking in candidates, monitoring exam security, performing basic administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe and secure exam environment. Responsibilities Greet candidates warmly and guide them through the check-in process to ensure a smooth start to exams Conduct security checks on candidates to uphold exam integrity Check in candidates and launch exams on the computer Patrol and monitor candidates throughout the exam to prevent misconduct and ensure compliance with rules Complete basic administrative tasks such as typing and filing daily reports accurately Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls and enquiries related to exam procedures Maintain cleanliness of the exam centre, including washing of restrooms, by participating in scheduled housekeeping duties with the team Follow all exam centre rules and regulations consistently to ensure a secure and fair testing environment Required competencies and certifications Minimum education level: O or N’ Level Ability to work 3 to 6 days a week, including Saturdays if needed. Shifts available from 745am to 1245pm and 1230pm to 530pm. Preferred competencies and qualifications Training will be provided to support your role Able to use computers comfortably such as email, Microsoft word.
