Position Overview STYL Solutions operates across four business segments and has, under a newly appointed CIO, transformed its software delivery team into a fast-moving, AI-enabled engineering organization. This transformation has put the company in a strong position to compete for software and systems development engagements in both the public sector (via Gebiz) and private enterprise (via platforms such as SAP Ariba and Sesame, and through large system integrator or software consultancy partners). We are looking for a Solutions Sales Manager to build and own the pipeline of tender and project opportunities across both sectors. This person will seek out opportunities, drive the end-to-end bid and tender submission process in partnership with the CIO's team, and take commercial ownership of client accounts and partner relationships once bids are won. This is a front-line, revenue-generating role for someone who is energized by the chase, comfortable operating under sustained high workload, and sharp enough to protect the company's commercial position at the contract table. Key Responsibilities Business Development &Opportunity Hunting • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new tender and project opportunities across public sector (Gebiz) and private enterprise (SAP Ariba, Sesame, direct enterprise engagement) channels. • Build and maintain a live pipeline of prospective opportunities, with realistic win-probability and revenue forecasts. • Develop and nurture relationships with public sector agencies, enterprise procurement teams, system integrators, and software consultancy partners to gain early visibility of upcoming opportunities. • Represent STYL Solutions at industry events, briefings, and pre-tender engagements to build market presence and referral networks. Tender & Bid Management • Own the tender submission process end-to-end: go/no-go decisions, proposal strategy, solution positioning, pricing strategy, and submission logistics. • Work closely with the CIO's technical and delivery teams to translate solution capabilities into compelling, compliant proposals that meet Gebiz and enterprise procurement requirements. • Coordinate inputs from technical, legal, finance, and delivery stakeholders to meet tender deadlines without compromising quality. • Lead client-facing presentations, clarifications, and negotiations during the evaluation stage of a bid. Commercial & Contract Management • Screen and interpret contract terms and conditions(commercial, liability, IP, SLA, payment terms) to identify risk and negotiate favourable, win-win positions for STYL Solutions and the client. • Structure commercial and pricing models that balance competitiveness with margin protection. • Lead or support contract negotiations through to signature, working with legal/finance as needed on higher-risk clauses. • Own the commercial relationship for awarded accounts, including variation orders, renewals, and commercial issue resolution through the project lifecycle. Partner & Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary commercial liaison with external partners (system integrators, software consultancies, subcontractors) engaged on joint bids or delivery. • Negotiate teaming agreements, revenue/cost-sharing arrangements, and partner commercial terms for joint pursuits. • Manage partner relationships throughout project execution to ensure commercial obligations on both sides are met.
