Conveyancing Support (Lodgment)

We are a well‑established law firm in Singapore providing a full range of legal services, with a strong focus on conveyancing and litigation. We are seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Support (Lodgment) staff member to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - - Administrative support to conveyancing secretaries - SLA searches - E‑Lodgment / E‑Filing - Journal entries for lodgment - Grant of access for Pay‑In and Pay‑Out - Completion reports preparation - File archiving and record management - Other incidental administrative tasks as required Requirements: - - Some experience in conveyancing support preferred - Proficiency in MS Office - Quick and accurate typing speed - Conscientious, with strong attention to detail - Team player with good communication skills - 5‑day work week - Permanent position What We Offer: - A competitive remuneration will be offered to the successful candidate. - A pleasant and conducive work environment is assured.
