Legal Secretary (Conveyancing)

Roles & Responsibilities Details:- Preferably familiar with handling private resale, redemption, refinancing, BUC and/or HDB properties transactions. Able to prepare documents for all conveyancing matters independently. Must have good command of spoken and written English. Good work attitude with initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills. Manage clients’ appointments and monitor deadlines. Maintenance of files and records. Able to start work immediately is a plus factor. Requirements:- • Candidates with at least 5 years of conveyancing experience or equivalent skills are preferred. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
