Job Responsibilities: Provide critical support to Product Managers in the day-to-day management of consumer unsecured lending products, including lines of credit and education loan portfolios. Review and assess customer appeal cases, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to internal policies and guidelines. Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, performance tracking, rewards fulfilment, and post-campaign analysis. Prepare business performance reports and management updates by analysing key product and portfolio metrics. Serve as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, providing accurate product information and delivering a positive customer experience. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of product, operational, and marketing activities. Prepare, track, and process invoices, ensuring timely submission and payment to vendors. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and support the implementation of operational improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives related to product management, customer experience, regulatory requirements, and business growth. Salary: Up to $4200 Period: 1 year contract, renewable based on performance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm Location: Raffles place Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with data analysis and reporting is highly preferred. Comfortable leveraging AI tools and effective prompting techniques to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve work quality. Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement initiatives. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while effectively managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Proactive, resourceful, and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience in banking, financial services, product management, marketing, or operations will be an advantage.
