- Permanent - $1750 + VB - Mon to Fri: 9am-5pm - Woodlands/Site Job Responsibilities: Meet and consult with clients to understand design preferences, space requirements, and budgets Propose creative design concepts, material selections, and layouts aligned with client objectives Prepare and present mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings for client approval Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and design proposals to close sales Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert opportunities into signed projects Liaise with design, project, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project delivery Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent post-sales support Stay updated on design trends, materials, and market pricing Duration: Permanent Location: Woodlands/Site Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 9am-5pm Salary: $1750 + VB Requirements: Competent knowledge and Passion for excellence in Design Meticulous, highly organised and efficient Creative, flexible and innovative Pro-activeness in getting work done and good communication and problem solving skills Site experience Minimum Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture or equivalent Able to draw 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage, as the role may involve communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds. Preference for candidate to have experience in residential project Work well in a team, is discipline, positive, and is willing to learn and grow with the team IT-savvy with design software, phone apps, social media, ZOOM, Google Docs and MS Office. Fluent in using software(s): AutoCAD/ Google SketchUp/ 3D Studio Max/ Photoshop Service-oriented, proactive and have an outgoing personality. Organise, can multitask and detail in work.
