- Permanent - $2100 - $2900 + PB - Monday – Friday plus (Alt Saturday full day), 9:30PM - 5:00PM - Tampines North Job Responsibilities: Install, configure and setup smart home devices for home owners on site. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and Smart Home hardware/software Familiarize end users on software, hardware and peripheral device operation used in smart home ecosystem Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on smart home deivces Performs remedial repairs on smart home devices Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk and escalated to the Desktop Support Engineers Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned Resolve and update incidents with in SLA and also update stakeholders Update KB with solution provided Use tools and methodologies to load, copy and customize operating system configurations for deployment Duration: Permanent Location: Tampines North Working Hours: Monday – Friday plus (Alt Saturday full day), 9:30PM - 5:00PM Salary: $2100 - $2900 + PB Job Requirements: 1 year relevant experience Own bike will be advantageous Interested applicants, kindly email your detailed resume (MS Word format is preferred): ​​​ cass@successhrc.com.sg (Reg No: R2197670 ) Please ensure that applications sent through email are no bigger than 1Mb.
