- Permanent - Up to $3,200 - Mon–Fri, standard office hours (flexibility required depending on project schedule) - WFH + Client site Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a motivated Project Executive (Interior Design) to support commercial and residential interior design projects from coordination to completion. Coordinate and support day-to-day project activities for interior renovation works. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Assist with site coordination, scheduling, and project follow-up. Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions. Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met. Support documentation, quotations, and coordination of project materials where required. Gain exposure to both commercial and residential interior design projects. Period: Permanent Location: WFH + Client site Working hours: Monday – Friday (standard office hours) Flexibility may be required depending on site schedules and project handovers ​ Salary: Up to $3,200 Transport reimbursement Job Requirements: Diploma in Interior Design, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
