Nacelle Engineer At Paya Lebar, Up To $16,000 (Office Hours)

- 3-year contract + 2-year renewal (not permanent) - Up to $16,000 - Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm - Paya Lebar We are seeking an experienced Nacelle Engineering Lead to drive the design and development of nacelles, with a primary focus on inlet and thrust reverser systems. This leadership role will oversee nacelle projects from concept through certification, ensuring compliance with FAA/EASA standards (CAAC advantageous). Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver nacelle design projects. Define and implement nacelle design requirements, covering performance, safety, repairability, and maintainability. Oversee conceptual and detailed design, including materials selection, stress analysis, and installation interfaces. Collaborate with engine OEMs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams for effective nacelle integration. Manage technical risks, testing, and validation of nacelle systems. Support customer repair needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.​ Period: 3-year contract + 2-year renewal (not permanent) Salary: Up to $16,000 ​ Working Hours Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm Location: Paya Lebar Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Avionics Engineering. 10–14 years’ experience in nacelle design, development, and certification. Strong knowledge of FAA/EASA requirements; CAAC is a plus. Prior nacelle-specific experience is mandatory. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
