- Permanent - Up to $2,900 - Mon to Fri: 9am–6pm, Sat: 9am–1pm - Tampines About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing Smart Home team. You will play a key role in coordinating projects from planning to completion, ensuring smooth communication between clients, interior designers, electricians, and our internal team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, problem-solving, customer communication, and being involved in technology-driven home automation projects. Job Responsibilities:​ Coordinate smart home projects from planning to completion. Prepare and update project diagrams based on client and Interior Designer (ID) requirements. Manage project timelines, tasks, and documentation using ClickUp. Liaise with clients, IDs, electricians, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and email. Troubleshoot basic smart home issues and escalate when necessary. Conduct site visits, pre-installation checks, and coordinate installation works. Prepare equipment for installation and manage inventory, stock takes, and inventory updates in Xero. Maintain the smart home showroom and perform general administrative duties, including basic data entry and vendor payments. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Period: Permanent Location: Tampines Working hours: Mon to Fri: 9am–6pm, Sat: 9am–1pm Salary: Up to $2,900 Job Requirements: Experience in project coordination, construction, electrical, renovation, or smart home industry is preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. Good communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with ClickUp, Xero, or AutoCAD is an advantage.
