Job Descriptions: Calculate the Sales incentives for various Wealth & Retail banking roles across the division Assist during the annual incentive planning process by analysing of sales behaviour/ trend, running multiple scenario simulations & doing cost income analysis Resolve queries from the front end sales force in a quick and effective manner. Understand operational flow and identify key operational risk areas. Document procedure changes to ensure that as an organization we are audit compliant. Assist with the day-to-day operational activities for Sales Incentives. Assist with data massaging, data validation and feature engineering for Raw datasets. Assist with User Acceptance Test (when required). Understand the Sales Incentive schemes for all the wealth & retail banking sales force Period: 1 year contract Location: Raffles Place Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Salary: Up to $4500 Job Requirements: Minimum diploma with 1-2 years of experience in Sales Incentive/ Performance teams in any financial institution Good technical skills will be of an advantage (MS Excel, SQL). Good communication skills Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and possess the drive to learn.
