Contract HR Staff (Internship & Campus Programmes) At Raffles Place, Up To $4000

Responsibilities: Internship Programme Management: support the development of structured internship programmes and provide operational and executional support when required End-to-end internship management: assist with sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management Campus Engagement: help design and execute scalable and sustainable engagement strategies for current and future interns Support campus outreach events, build alumni networks, and explore collaboration with other business units Projects: contribute to initiatives such as digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and intelligence capabilities Ad-hoc tasks: provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned Period: 1 year contract Location: Raffles Place Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday Salary: Up to $4000 Requirements: Minimum Degree with 1 – 2 years experience in HR/recruitment from related industry like bank/financial institution Candiate has to be detail-oriented/meticulous as there will be requirements to compile, track & analyse recruitment data. Able to multi-task, engage internal & external stakeholders. Enjoys events coordination, post-event analysis & tracking. Strong in MS excel, powerpoint. Energetic, creative & go-getter.
