- 1 year contract - Up to $3,000 - Mon – Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm - Peninsula Plaza Responsibilities: Account Receivable (Bank / Merchant Statements and Invoices) Monthly merchant bank reconciliation Daily and monthly sales reconciliation (Company System and QB) Daily and monthly inventory reconciliation (Physical and QB) E-Payment updates / checking (in Company System) Perform any ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate by Accounts Manager Period: 1 year contract Location: Peninsula Plaza (Opposite City Hall MRT Station) Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary: Up to $3,000 Requirements: At least 1 year relevant accounting experience Experience with processing of banking transactions a plus point Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent Knowledge and experience in QuickBooks a plus point Able to start work immediately Meticulous with good attention to detail Only Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident needs to apply Interested applicants, kindly email your detailed resume ( MS Word format is preferred): amirah@successhrc.com.sg (Registration no: R2198469 ) Please ensure that applications sent through email are no bigger than 1Mb.
