Training Officer @ Choa Chu Kang

Core Function: The Training Officer will be responsible for the daily training, care and services provide for SUN-DAC's clients. Core Responsibilities: Trains and assists adults with disabilities in ADLs (activities of daily living) and CLSs (community living skills and pre-vocational skills). Attends to the personal needs of these adults and ensure their safety and well-being. Completes and submits required documentation in a timely manner. Works with a multi-disciplinary team to provide an individual care plan for each client. Plans and proposes Programme Activity in the classroom as well as festive celebrations. Liaises with and updates caregivers on the progress and status of clients, including conducting biannual Caregiver Staff Meeting. Maintains organisational cleanliness and flow in a classroom setting. Any other projects/duties as assigned.
