Project Manager (Civil & Structure)

Job Description: Lead and manage civil and structural construction projects from inception to completion Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers Review and interpret engineering drawings , specifications, and technical documents Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones Ensure compliance with local building regulations , safety standards, and company policies Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues Manage project risks, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders Oversee procurement processes and cost control measures Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards are met Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in construction/project management Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) is an added advantage Experience managing large-scale construction projects is preferred Familiarity with local authority regulations and submission processes Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
