Regional HR Director (Southeast Asia)

Job Description Strategic HR Leadership : Partner with the regional executive team to formulate and implement HR strategies tailored to Southeast Asian markets, aligning human capital with business objectives. Organizational Design & Change Management : Drive organizational structure optimization, workforce planning, and workflow improvements. Lead change management for regional transformations (e.g., M&A, business expansion). Talent Management & Acquisition : Direct end-to-end talent strategies, including leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential identification. Oversee regional recruitment for core overseas roles and build an international talent pool. Performance & Total Rewards : Oversee the regional performance management framework to drive a high-performance culture. Guide the design of locally competitive and compliant compensation and benefits (C&B) programs. Compliance, Risk & Team Leadership : Ensure 100% adherence to labor laws and employment regulations across SEA markets. Manage employee relations, mitigate HR risks, and empower local HR teams to drive operational excellence. Requirements Education : Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Leadership Experience : Extensive senior HR management experience, including a minimum of 3 years as HR Director with regional coverage across Southeast Asian markets (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia). Domain Expertise : Hands-on expertise in Organizational Development (OD), talent management, total rewards, and strategic business partnering within multinational or regional environments. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge : In-depth understanding of employment laws, labor market dynamics, and statutory compliance across key SEA countries.
