Job Summary Lead and expand brand presence on social media platforms including Instagram and Xiaohongshu (RED). Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and user engagement, collaborating across teams and managing campaigns to achieve business goals. Responsibilities Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram and Xiaohongshu (RED) by creating and publishing content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals Develop and execute marketing and operations plans to increase brand awareness and user engagement Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to inform and adjust content strategy Track and analyze social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion, optimizing campaigns based on data insights Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, content creators, and agencies to amplify marketing efforts Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives Manage marketing budgets and campaign timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely delivery Preferred competencies and qualifications 3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or brand operations Hands-on experience managing Instagram and Xiaohongshu (RED) accounts for a brand Strong copywriting and content creation skills in both Chinese and English Familiarity with social media analytics tools and understanding of platform algorithms Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies Strong project management and cross-team collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
