Job Summary The Quantity Surveyor will support sales and management by preparing tender documents, quotations, and progress claims, attending technical meetings, and assisting client management to ensure project and business objectives are met. Responsibilities Prepare and submit tender documents, review terms, and negotiate effectively to secure contracts Develop accurate quotations for company products to main contractors and direct owners Attend site visits and participate in Consultant and Technical meetings to support project progress Review technical drawings, perform final checks, and submit documentation for approval Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims to ensure timely submission and payment Assist in managing relationships with the Director’s clients and direct company clients to support business growth Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Building Construction, Landscaping Management, or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience performing quantity surveying duties, preferably in construction subcontracting Proven ability to manage quantity surveying tasks related to manual blinds, motorised blinds, and awnings Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrated independence, resourcefulness, eagerness to learn, and strong organizational skills with a positive work attitude Other Information Deposit your resume to enquiry@sunscreen.com.sg now!
