Job Summary Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes to ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing aligned with company policies and legal requirements. Responsibilities Evaluate supplier performance and resolve disputes to maintain strong, long-term partnerships Negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms to optimize procurement costs Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate inventory and prevent shortages Process purchase orders accurately using ERP systems to maintain efficient procurement workflows Track delivery progress to ensure timely receipt of goods and services Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and legal contract requirements Maintain thorough documentation of procurement activities for audit and reference purposes
