Community Executive/ Manager (Super Co, Co-Working Space)

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and customer-oriented Community Manager to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities: ● Serve as the first point of contact for all guests and members, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. ● Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate departments. ● Assist members with daily requests, including booking meeting rooms. ● Maintain a high level of professionalism while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. ● Monitor and maintain the reception area and common area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. ● Process administrative tasks including membership registrations, invoicing, and handling payments. ● Support community engagement by coordinating member events, activities, and networking opportunities. ● Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the coworking space. Requirements: ● Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude with a passion for helping others. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment. ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure, with attention to detail. ● Willingness to work on weekends when events are scheduled (overtime pay provided). ● Ability to work independently.
