Job Summary The Programme Manager (Design) leads creative projects, marketing initiatives, and events from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery while collaborating with stakeholders to support the organisation’s branding and engagement goals. Responsibilities Manage and deliver creative projects, marketing initiatives, and events from concept through completion to achieve organisational branding and engagement objectives Plan and execute product showcases, launches, markets, symposiums, forums, exhibitions, and other events to maximize audience engagement and brand visibility Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables Produce high-quality marketing collaterals, event branding, and merchandise that maintain brand consistency and appeal to target audiences Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated Apply creative problem-solving and innovative thinking to overcome challenges and enhance project outcomes Adapt design styles and formats with strong attention to detail to meet diverse project requirements Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success Required competencies and certifications Minimum: Degree in Visual Communications / Design.
