Customer Relations Executive

We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive who enjoys interacting with people and helping customers find the right solutions. In this role, you will manage enquiries, build long-term relationships and contribute to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Follow up with enquiries and leads from various channels Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable solutions Build long-term relationships with customers Convert enquiries into sales and achieve targets Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support Maintain customer records and follow up regularly Support other team duties as required Who We’re Looking For A go-getter who thrives on performance Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) Able to converse in Mandarin as job requires communication with Mandarin speaking customers Good interpersonal skills
