Principal Engineer/Senior Principal Engineer (Electrical)

Responsibilities: Carry out Feasibility, Conceptual, Preliminary and Detailed Design for Electrical Services for public and commercial projects Carry out consultations with local Authorities and Agencies Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings Perform contract administration work. Manage projects progress, identify any non-confirmation of contractor’s work at site Manage testing and commissioning of M&E systems Attend/Chair technical and progress meetings with clients, consultants and contractors Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore) Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in carrying out designs of Electrical services, project management and supervision. Conversant with the Codes of Practice and regulations related to building services is essential Team player and ability to work with and manage clients and contractors
