Building Construction Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, deadline-driven Construction Supervisor to lead construction crews, ensure project quality, safety compliance, and budget adherence while coordinating with stakeholders and supporting recruitment and training efforts. Responsibilities Lead construction teams to deliver quality work within strict deadlines by fostering collaboration and clear communication Monitor construction processes and conduct training and team-building sessions to enhance crew performance Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on all construction sites Perform regular inspections of equipment, materials, and construction sites to ensure standards are met Schedule and coordinate meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff to align project goals Prepare and present detailed reports, budgets, and project plans to relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met Stay current with safety codes and construction industry advancements to maintain best practices Assist in recruiting and training new staff to build a skilled and compliant workforce Manage project paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required to oversee operations Required competencies and certifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in the construction industry Valid driver's license Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain focus and composure under pressure Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction, business, management, or engineering Experience in a leadership role
