Summary: The Project and Operation Manager will oversee and manage revenue, billing, business development, manpower resources, and corporate operations to drive business growth and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities: 1. Revenue & Billing: Monitor and manage project revenue and billing cycles Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection Analyze revenue trends and implement strategies to improve cash flow 2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and leads Develop and implement business development strategies Collaborate with design teams to create pitches and proposals To support team lead in preparing EOI, Tender and Request for Proposal (RFP) submission documents & packages. 3. Manpower Resources: Manage staff capacity and resource allocation Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent Oversee staff performance and conduct appraisals 4.
